Working in partnership with two other consultants, a new provincial five-year Occupational Health and Safety Strategy was developed. Gerry led the facilitation of stakeholder input meetings and conducted strategy meetings with middle management
from both sponsor organizations: the Workers’ Compensation Board and the Nova Scotia Department of Labour and Advanced Education. The strategy was received well and is helping Nova Scotians enhance focus on injury
prevention, safe work practices and a culture of workplace safety.
