A large Canadian financial services client needed assistance with the integration of the combined organization’s shared services departments. This included Human Resources, Information Technology, Communications, Legal, and Facilities. Gerry worked with the VP team to develop implementation plans, change management strategies and coach project managers.

Following the successful national merger, services were consolidated and enhanced based on the needs of internal client departments. A new chargeback system was implemented for a fairer distribution of costs to the operating divisions of the company. Training at all levels was conducted to improve the customer service culture and ensure constant dialogue with internal clients.
